Before Shipment
EligibleIf your order hasn't shipped yet, your cancellation is accepted immediately with a full refund to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Not EligibleOnce marked "Shipped," cancellations cannot be accepted. You'll receive a WhatsApp & email notification before this happens.
Refused Delivery
Alternative OfferedRefusing or missing delivery doesn't count as a cancellation. We'll offer store credits or reshipping instead.
Bank Account Refund
Exceptional CasesRefunds to a bank account are possible in special cases, with a ₹149 service fee deducted from the total amount.
